| 摘 要： | 本文报告了柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)煎剂20g(相当生药)/kg 灌服对小鼠咖啡因惊厥有对抗作用,小鼠灌服柴胡煎剂10g(相当生药)/kg 具有镇痛作用,其镇痛作用可被阿托品腹腔注射25mg/kg 或纳络酮皮下注射0.26mg/kg 部分拮抗。柴胡粗皂甙对离体蟾蜍腹直肌呈兴奋作用,其作用不易被氯化筒箭毒碱对抗;对离体豚鼠回肠亦呈兴奋作用,并与 Ach 有协同作用。其兴奋离体豚鼠回肠作用可部分地被阿托品拮抗;柴胡粗皂甙小鼠腹腔注射50、100mg/kg,对全血胆碱酯酶活性有显著抑制作用。认为柴胡“解郁”作用可能与其调节胆碱能系统功能有关。

| Abstract: | The pharmacological action of Bupleurum chinense DC.(Chaihu)and its active ingredient crude saikosaponin were studied.The decoction of chaihu could antag- onize the caffein-induced convulsion in mice,and showed moderate analgesic act- ion which could be partly antagonized by atropine and naloxone.Crude saikosap- onin could cause contracture of the isolated rectus abdominis muscle of toads,and contracture of the isolated ileum of guinea pigs.The former could not be antago- nized by tubocurarine chloride while the latter could be partly antagonized by atropine.Crude saikosaponin also showed significant inhibiting effect on the acti- vity of choline ester enzyme in mouseblood. |
