| 摘 要： | 目的:建立复方双嘧达莫缓释片体外释放度测定方法.方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定片剂的释放度.结果:释放度测定方法平均回收率为99.48%,RSD为0.82%.结论:测定方法可角于控制复方双嘧达莫缓释片的质量.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine of in-vitro release of the compound dipyridamole sustained-releas e tablets.METHODS The drug release was measured by UV method.RESULTS The average recovery of the drug release was 99.48% with RSD 0.82%.CONCLUSION The methods can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation. |
