广州某动物市场从业人员SARS-CoV感染状况的调查分析

目的了解某动物市场从业人员SARS—CoV感染状况，初步探讨其影响因素。方法对广州市某动物市场环境卫生状况进行现场观察，并对市场从业人员进行血清学调查和问卷调查。结果调查共获得有效问卷293份，其中男性209例，女性84例。SARS—CoV抗体阳性率为27．3％，接触动物类别和SARS—CoV感染情况有关，各类人员的抗体阳性率由高到低排列依次为：主营野生畜类、市场管理部员工、主营家禽家畜类、主营野生蛇类和主营冷冻食品类。另外环境较差的第二、三通道从业人员SARS—CoV抗体阳性率也较高。结论初步发现经营动物的种类是SARS—CoV感染的重要影响因素，动物市场从业人员SARS—CoV感染与环境因素可能也有关系。

Analysis of SARS- CoV Infection in Animal Market Workers in Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate the status of SARS CoV infection in animal market workers and the risk factors. Methods The environment and sanitation of the market was surveyed. 293 market workers had done the serums detection for SARS CoV antibody and questionnaires. Results Among 293 workers 209 were male and 84 female. The positive rate of SARS CoV antibody was 27.3%and was correlated to the sorts of animal the workers contact with and SARS CoV infection. The order of infection rate among all workers from high to low was workers mainly dealing with wild livestock, market caretakers, livestock and poultry dealers, snakes dealers, and freeze animal dealers. Conclusion The sort of animal workers dealing with and the environment and hygiene of the market might be correlated with the risk of SARS CoV infection.
