肾移植患者术后血浆瘦素水平的检测和比较

目的：了解国内肾移植患者血浆瘦素(Leptin)水平变化。方法：按设定的标准随机选取肾移植术后3个月、1年、2．5年和4年患者各10例，健康志愿者10例(对照组)。用EUSA法测定瘦素的血浆浓度，统计后进行分析。结果：移植近期组(3个月和1年)与对照组患者血浆中瘦素浓度比较无差异，但移植远期两组的瘦素浓度(2．5年和4年)高于对照组和移植近期两组。结论：肾移植近期可以改善尿毒症患者的高瘦素血症，但远期相当部分患者在肾功能良好情况下可再次出现高瘦素血症，从而可能影响长期生存移植患者的免疫平衡状态。

Oberservation and analyses of plasm Leptin in posttransplant recipiens

Purpose:Some reports indicated that there had been many long-term kidney transplant patients with a hyper Leptin emia. So blood specimens from kidney transplant patients in our hospital in different survival period were collected for analysis and comparison.Methods:Plasm Leptin was measured by ELISA. The patients selected by random should match some standard we set. The Leptin level of 40 kidney transplant patients with different graft survival time (3 months, 1 year, 2.5 year and 4 year) and 10 persons of the health control was measured and analyzed.Results:The level of Leptin measured in kidney transplants patients indicated that there was no significant difference in Leptin level between the control and short-term (3 months or 1 year) posttransplant recipients. But the level of Leptin was higher on long-term ( 2.5 or 4 years) posttransplant recipients.Conclusions:The research suggested that at the early stage of successful kidney transplantation an obvious decline of Leptin emia were observed, but a considerable number of long term posttransplant recipiens with well functioning grafts, had a significantly elevated Leptinemia. Thus we infer that the elevated Leptin maybe interrupt the balance of immune system in long term posttransplant recipiens.
