摘    要:目的 :探讨增生性瘢痕形成中的病因学及其机制。方法 :利用免疫组织化学方法检测转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1 )在增生性瘢痕组织中的表达。结果 :增生性瘢痕组织中TGF β1 的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差别具有显著性。结论 :TGF β1 的表达在瘢痕组织中明显强于正常皮肤组织 ;增生性瘢痕组织在形成过程中TGF β1 起着重要的调节作用 ,了解其作用机制为控制瘢痕的形成和治疗提供理论依据

Abstract:Objective: To investigation the formative mechanism of the hypertrophic scar(HTS). Methods: The experiments were divided into two groups:nurned group (15 severely burned rats)and control group(15 normal skin around severely burned rats). By means of immunohistochemical analysis PCNA of fibroblasts and the content of the collagenous fiber in the HTS can be reflectes. Used HE stain the variation of tissue stucture can be found in the formation of HTS. Results: The results showed that the expression of TGFβ 1 and PCNA in the burned group was significantly higher than that of the control group after statistical analysis (P<0.05). The quantitative of fibroblasts and collagenous fibre was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: TGFβ 1 plays a key role in the formation of hypertrophic scar.
