| 摘 要： | 癫痫是一种常见的神经系统慢性疾病，我国人群的癫痫发病率为0．33％～0．58％，半数以上在10岁以内起病，对儿童的智力、大脑发育及生活质量有不同程度的影响。本文从社会支持和科学治疗的方面，从伦理学分析的角度。提出了医生合理选用抗癫痫药物是提高治疗效果的关键，医生的科学指导是提高治疗效果的基础，社会支持是提高患儿生活质量的核心的基本论点。

| Abstract: | Epilepsy is the common chronic disease of central nerves system.The incidence of epilepsy is 0.33%~0.58% in China,half of patients which onste are under ten years old.Epilepsy can influence patient's mental health,brain development and quality of life.The basic point at issue of this paper are the key of elevate therapeutic efficacy for epileptic children is reasonable anti-epileptic drug.The foundation of elevate therapeutic efficacy for epileptic children is doctor's scientific instruction.The core of elevate patient's quality of life is social support. |
