摘    要:目的观察肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR)微血管反应性变化及粉防己碱的影响。方法用冷热刺激诱导大鼠耳廓微血管舒缩,用血流量变化与恢复时间评价微血管舒缩反应能力。结果RHR热刺激引起的微血管舒张反应降低,冷刺激导致的微血管收缩反应增强,去除刺激后血流的完全恢复延迟,伴血清ACE活性升高和NO含量降低。粉防己碱可有效改善上述变化。结论RHR微血管对缩舒血管刺激的反应性异常,粉防己碱具有良好的改善微血管反应性作用,其机制与维护内皮功能的完整性有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of microvascular reactivity to vasomotor stimuli and the effect of tetrandrine on renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR). Methods The constriction and dilation of auricle microvessles were induced by cold and hot stimulus resperctively,microvascular reac tivity was evaluated by both the amplitude and the period of changes in blood flow. Results RHR ex hibited a significant decreased response to hot stimulus and an increased response to cold stimulus in mi crovessles,and a prolonged period of returning to normal in blood flow after either stimulus withdrawal, with a significant elevation of serum ACE activity and a decline of serum nitric oxide level. Tetrandrine could significantly moderate those changes in RHR. Conclution There may be an abnormal reactivity to vasoconstrictive and vasodilative stimuli in microvessles in RHR. Tetrandrine ameliorated the reactivity of microvessels to stimuli through the mechanism of preserving endotheium functions.
