| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胫骨平台双髁骨折的手术治疗经验。方法:12例胫骨平台骨折类型按schatzker分型均为Ⅴ型骨折,给予手术切开复位,双钢板内固定。结果:12例中11例随访12~24个月,按日本作者提出的适用于一般膝关节损伤患者的功能评定方法平均88分。结论:胫骨平台双髁骨折采用双钢板内固定是一种可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective :To experience to surgery treatment fracture of twin shinbone flat roof.Methed: 12 exemples of fracture of twin shinbone flat roof were all divided into V model fractures by Schatzker analyzing,and given dissection and replacement,and double steel plate inner fixation.Result: Of the 12 cases,11 cases were given 88 grades,by following view,along with function assessing way to general knee joint trauma by Japanese author.Conclusion :The treatment of double steel plate inner fixation to fracture of twin shinbone flat roof was a trusty way. |
