| 摘 要： | [目的 ]分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族居民的代谢综合征患病状况 .[方法 ]随机抽取社区内常驻人群 4 4 7人 ,年龄在 5 0～ 6 0岁之间 ,采用面对面询问的方法收集了有关的研究变量资料 .[结果 ]无论男女朝鲜族居民的高血压、高血糖、血脂异常及代谢综合征的患病率均显著高于汉族 ;女性组汉族居民中肥胖者显著多于朝鲜族 .[结论 ]朝鲜族与汉族的代谢综合征的患病率间具有显著性差异 .

A cross-sectional study on the state of metabolic syndrome in the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian area |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To compare the state of metabol ic syndrome in the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of yanbian area.? M ETHODS?Survey was carried out among 447 persons aged 50～60 years. The data were gathered by face to face questionnaire.?RESULTS?The prevalence rates of hypertension, high FBG, dyslipidemia and metabolic s yndrome in the male and female of Korean-Chinese nationality were significantly higher than that in Han nationality. The rate of fat in female was significa ntly higher in Han nationality than in Korean-Chinese nationality.?CO NCLUSION?There was a significant difference in the rate of metabolic sy ndrome between the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality. |
