| 摘 要： | 目的观察四磨汤对新生儿消化功能障碍的疗效。方法将就诊的新生儿消化功能障碍161例分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组85例口服四磨汤治疗，对照组76例给予乳酶生、多酶片治疗，疗程均为1周。结果治疗组总有效率91．76％，对照组总有效率80．26％，两组比较有统计意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组在改善腹胀、吐奶、食欲、哭闹方面也优于对照组。结论四磨汤对新生儿消化功能障碍有良好的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of Simo Decoction for digestive functional disturbance of newborn.Methods161 cases of digestive functional disturbance of newborn were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 85 cases were given Simo Decoction while Lactasin and Polyzyme Tablets were taken to the control group.One week was a course of treatment.ResultsThe total curative rate in treatment group was 92.0 %,while that in control group was 80.26 %.There was different in 2 groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to control group in improving abdominal distension,spitting milk,appetite and cry.ConclusionThere was better curative effect in Simo Decoction for digestive functional disturbance of newborn. |
