| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经精神性系统性红斑狼疮(NPSLE)的磁共振诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床证实的16例NPSLE的头颅磁共振表现。结果16例NPSLE患者的头颅MRI异常者13例,阳性率81.3%。其MRI表现为:(1)13例均为大脑半球受累,灰白质均可累及;(2)脑内多发片状异常信号8例(61.5%),分布无规律;(3)脑梗塞7例,脑水肿4例,出血2例;(4)脑萎缩2例;(5)5例增强扫描均无明显强化。结论结合临床资料,MRI可以诊断NPSLE。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of MRI in diagnosing neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus(NPSLE).Methods MRI appearances of NPSLE in 16 cases verified by clinic were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 16 cases,there were 13 cases with abnormal MR appearances.MRI findings of NPSLE were:(1) cerebral hemisphere involvement in all the 13 cases and gray and white matter involvement often;(2) multiple lamellar abnormal signal intensity in 8 cases,low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI and irregular distribution;(3) cerebral infarction in 7 cases,edema of brain in 4 cases and hemorrhage in 2 cases;(4) brain atrophy in 2 cases;(5) no obvious enhancement on contrast-enhanced scan in 5 cases.Conclusion In combination with clinical data,MRI can diagnose NPSLE exactly. |
