2011～2013年我院大容量注射液临床利用分析

目的：分析我院大容量注射液临床药品利用与合理性。方法：采用以限定日剂量、销售金额、用药频度为指标的药品利用分析方法,对我院2011-2013年大容量注射液临床应用数据进行统计、评价。结果：大容量注射液临床应用数量、销售金额与就诊总人次同步逐年增长,3年人均使用分别为2.23,3.05,2.77瓶（袋）;基本药物大容量注射液使用数量为大容量注射液使用总量的67.39%-76.99%、销售额为29.69%-33.66%。结论：我院大容量注射液利用符合基本药物政策的要求。价格较高的大容量注射液需要适当控制使用量。

Analysis of the Application of Large Volume Injection in our Hospital during 2011-2013

ABSTRACT Objective::To evaluate the application of large volume injection and its rationality of use. Methods::The data of drugs used in our hospital during 2011-2013 were statistically analyzed with the defined daily dose(DDD),cost,number, frequency of drug use(DDDs), and average daily costs(DDC) of large volume injection as the indexes.Results::The number and cost were increased with time/person of seeking medical advice at the same time year after year.The amount of per capital use was 2.23,3.05,2.77 bottles(bags) for the three years,the number of the use of essential drugs of large volume injection was 67.39%-76.9% of the total number of large volume injection,and the cost of essential drugs of large volume injection was 29.69%-33.66% of the total cost of large volume injection in 2011-2013.Conclusion::The utilization of drugs was in accordance with the national policy of essential drugs relative to the large volume injection,but the drugs with higher price should properly been controlled in the total number of use.
