益智活血汤对缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经、肢体运动及认知功能的改善作用观察

目的：观察益智活血汤对缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经、肢体运动及认知功能的改善作用。方法：缺血性脑卒中患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予基础治疗。观察组患者加用益智活血汤加减口服,每天1剂。对照组患者加用吡拉西坦片800 mg,po tid。疗程均为4周。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后神经、肢体运动和认知功能的变化,以及治疗期间药品不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗4周后,两组患者NFD评分均有明显下降,FMA评分均有明显上升（P〈0.05或0.01）,且观察组指标下降或上升值较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）;同时两组患者MMSE评分和WMS评分均明显上升（P〈0.05或0.01）,且观察组指标上升值较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：益智活血汤能明显改善缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经和肢体运动功能,并能改善患者认知功能障碍,延缓患者认知功能下降,有助于患者的早期康复,且不良反应轻,安全性较好。

Effect of Yizhi Huoxue Decoction on the Improvement of Nerve and Body Movement and Cognitive Function of Cerebral Arterial Thrombosis in the Recovery Period

Objective：To observe the effect of Yizhi Huoxue Decoction on the improvement of nerve and body movement and cognitive function of cerebral arterial thrombosis in the recovery period. Methods：80 cases of patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in the two groups were given medical treatment,such as platelet aggregation,brain cells protection,basic disease treatment. The patients in the observation group were additionally given Yizhi Huoxue Decoction by addition and substraction through the mouth for one dose daily. The patients in the control group were additionally given piracetam tablets 800 mg per time,three times a day for 4 weeks. The changes of nerve and body movement and cognitive function of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：4 weeks after the medical treatment,NFD scores of the patients in the two groups obviously declined while FMA scores obviously rose than before（ P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）,and compared with that of the control group,the declining or rising value of the index of the patients in the observation group was much higher（ P〈 0. 05）.Meanwhile,MMSE and WMS scores of the patients in the two groups obviously rose than before（P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）,and the rising value of the index of patients in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There are no statistical differences between the occurrence rates of adverse drug reactions in the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：Yizhi Huoxue Decoction could obviously improve the nerve and body movement of cerebral arterial thrombosis in the recovery period,improve and defer the cognitive impairment as well,which could be benefit for the early safe recovery of patients with light untoward effects.
