173例中药制剂所致不良反应报告分析

目的：分析我院上报的中药制剂相关不良反应,探讨中药制剂不良反应发生特点,为中药制剂临床安全应用提供参考。方法：回顾性调查分析我院2008年7月~2013年6月上报的中药制剂不良反应报告资料。结果：中药制剂不良反应中老年人发生不良反应比例最高（71.68%）;活血类中药制剂引起的不良反应例次最多（54.34%）;主要临床表现为皮疹、瘙痒;静脉给药（75.14%）是引起不良反应的主要给药途径,其中静脉给药后30 min内是不良反应发生的主要时间段。结论：重视中药制剂相关不良反应,加强监测,以减少中药制剂给患者带来损害。

Analysis of 173 Cases of Adverse Reactions in Chinese Patent Medicine

Objective：To investigate the adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine and explore the characteristics in the adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine to provide reference for rational drug utilization. Methods：The total data of adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine were retrospectively analyzed from July 2008 to June 2013 in our hospital. Results：Incidence of adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine in old people was the highest（71. 68%）. Most cases of the adverse reactions（54. 34%） were caused by blood circulation of Chinese patent medicine. The most common clinical manifestations were skin rashes and itching. The intravenous administration（75. 14%） was the main drug delivery route,especially within the initial 30 min after administrating. Conclusion：More attention should be paid to adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent medicine to strengthen monitoring and reduce the damage to patients.
