低场MRI对急性脑出皿的诊断

摘    要:目的通过分析58例急性脑出血的低场MRI的表现,探讨其临床诊断应用价值。方法对58例急性脑出血患者MRI特异性表现进行回顾性分析。结果58例急性脑出血于T1WI呈等信号,T2WI呈均匀或不均的等或高信号。结论脑出血急性期在低场MRI上均能较好地屁示病变特点,具有特征性,可作为急性脑出血的一种有效诊断手段。

Abstract:Objective To explore the MRI diagnosing values by analysis the low-magnetic-field MRI representaions of acute cerebral hemorrhage in 58 cases. Methods The characteristic MRI appearances of 58 patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results The signal of acute cerebral hemorrhage was an equality T1WI, and equality or high T2WI. Conclusion The signal representations of acute cerebral hemorrhage are characteristics on lowmagnetic-field. MRI is an effective examining method of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
