| 摘 要： | 将PDCA循环法运用于离退休事务管理工作中,依照PDCA循环的4个阶段和8个步骤,管理服务于离退休干部职工。通过计划、实施、检查、处理四个阶段,采用加强思想政治教育,提高认识;分层管理,提供精细化服务;开展多种活动,让老同志感到老有所为的做法,达到提高离退休事务管理水平,让老同志满意的目的。

| Abstract: | To adopt PDCA circulation method in the management work of hospital retirement affairs, according to the four stages and eight steps to provide management service for the retirement workers and staff. Through the four stages of planning, im- plementation, inspection and processing, strengthen ideological and political education to further realization, provide refine service by decentralized management, organize various activities to make old retirees feel well, then to reach the goal of improving the affair management level to rest the heart of our party as well as make old retirees satisfied. |
