| Abstract: | By making a retrospectively analysis on the medical reocrds of five typical eases of gestation involving obstetric shock, and choosing the primary diagnose, coding and analyzing related basis detail according to the principles of the International Classifica- tion of Diseases （ICD-IO）, thus to investigate relevant methods, coding rules and requirements. |
