石家庄某社区干眼症患病率调查

目的了解石家庄市某社区20岁以上人群干眼症的患病情况,为预防提供依据。方法对2012年3~10月期间某社区20岁以上人群抽样调查,调查采用问卷调查和裂隙灯、基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、荧光素染色等检查,调查结果运用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析。结果共870人完成答卷和全部检测。其中干眼症患者241例,患病率为27.70%,其中男性患病率为24.32%,女性患病率为30.67%,女性高于男性(χ2=4.354,P<0.05)。50岁及以上人群干眼的患病率明显升高(χ2=54.346,P<0.01)。与干眼相关的因素有年龄、性别、使用视频终端、服用抗过敏药物、长期滴用眼液及睑板腺功能障碍。结论石家庄市某社区20岁以上人群干眼症的患病率近30%,干眼是多种因素共同作用引起的眼表面疾病。

A Survey on the Prevalence Rate of Xerophthalmia in a Community of Shijiazhuang

Objective To investigate the prevalence of xerophthalmia among people over 20 years old in a community of Shiji- azhuang city and provide evidence for the prevention. Methods A sample survey was conducted on a community of people over 20 years old during March to October 2012, questionnaire survey and slit lamp, Schirmer I test, breakup time of tear film, fluorescein staining examination were adopted in the investigation, then analyze the survey results use SPSS11.5 statistical software. Results 870 respondents completed all the testing and questionaires, in which there were 241 cases of patients got xerophthalmia, the prevalence rate was 27.70%, of which 24.32% for male and 30.67% for female patients, the rate was higher in women than men （X^2 = 4.354, P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of patients over 50 years old was significantly higher （X^2 = 54.346, P 〈 0.01）. Factors associated xerophthalmia were sex, video terminal, taking allergy medication, long-term drops with eye drops and meibomian gland dysfunc- tion. Conclusions The prevalence rate of xerophthalmia was nearly 30% in a community of Shijiazhuang city. Xerophthalmia is a kind of disease on the surface of eyes caused by the combined action of many factors.
