As an outcome of information development, electronic documents, especially generated by Office Automation System, has been at- tached more and more attention for its function by the hospital leaders and files management department. This article mainly describes electronic documents generated by Office Automation System, and to realize the integration of its generation, management, file and utiline is of great importance to the files management work.
