上海市医用回旋加速器共享现况分析

目的:了解上海市目前医用回旋加速器的共享现况及存在的问题。方法:选取上海市配备回旋加速器的4所公立医院和未配备回旋加速器的3所公立医院为样本,开展机构调查和访谈。结果:上海市医疗机构共享回旋加速器的模式有四种:主动共享、被动共享、自用+被动共享和非共享型。共享中存在的主要问题为三甲医院缺乏建立共享机制的动力、缺乏进一步拓展共享的空间、尚没有形成统一、规范的资源共享网络以及医疗机构间的资源共享存在着一定的利益冲突。结论:上海市公立医院之间尚未建立起良好的回旋加速器共享机制,建议在现有回旋加速器共享网络的基础上逐步建立共享平台,促进资源的合理配置和使用。

Status quo of medical cyclotron sharing in Shanghai

Objective： To understand the sharing situation and problems of medical cyclotron in Shanghai. Methods： Seven public hospitals as samples were chosen, four of which had medical cyclotron. Results： There were four models of medical cyclotron utilization, including positive sharing, negative sharing, self-sufficient and negative sharing, and non-sharing. The main problems confronted with current sharing mechanism were as follows： lack of motivation for high level hospitals to share; limited room to expand sharing; a uniform and standard sharing network was not formed; the interest conflicts among hospitals. Conclusion： Present sharing mechanism of medical cyclotron was not found in Shanghai. The analysis suggests that efforts should be made to construct a sharing platform among hospitals to improve rational use of medical cyclotron.
