新疆东部地区子痫前期与AQP9的相关性分析

目的通过检测88例新疆东部子痫前期妇女胎盘中水通道蛋白9(Aquaporin9 AQP9),为进一步揭示子痫前期病因奠定基础。方法通过免疫组化,ELISA等方法对88例新疆东部不同病变程度的子痫前期妇女胎盘中AQP9进行定量分析,揭示AQP9的表达与病变的相关程度。结果 AQP9在88例妊娠妇女胎盘中有不同程度的表达,20例正常妊娠妇女的表达程度显著低于68例子痫前期的妇女,34例轻度子痫前期的妇女AQP9的表达程度显著低于34例重度子痫前期及子痫妇女(P<0.05)。结论 AQP9在新疆东部子痫前期妇女胎盘的表达与疾病严重程度具有正相关性,为子痫前期预测研究奠定基础。

Correlation Analysis of Preeclmnpsia and AQP9 in The Eastern

Objective To lay a foundation for further revealing the preeclampsia causes through testing 88 cases of AQP9 in preeclampsia placenta in the eastern region in Xinjiang. Methods Quantitative analysis was taken to reveal the relevance of the expres- sion and the pathological changes of AQP9 by immunohistochemical and ELISA. Results AQP9 in 88 cases of pregnant women have different degree of expression in placenta. The expression degree of 20 cases of normal pregnant women is significantly lower than 68 cases of preeclampsia women. The expression degree of 34 cases of mild preeclampsia women is significantly lower than 68 cases of se- vere preeclampsia women（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of AQP9 in the eastern Xinjiang preeclampsia women placenta was a positive correlation with disease severity. It lay the foundation for preeclampsia prediction research.
