Orem自理模式在下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术后患者中的应用

目的探讨Orem自护理论在下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术后患者中的应用。方法将100例下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理模式进行护理,观察组患者采用Orem自理模式。统计2组病人并发症如肺部感染、出血、过度灌注损伤的发生情况及自理能力状况。结果 2组病人的肺部感染、出血、过度灌注损伤的发生情况(P>0.05)无统计学差异。自理能力方面观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自理模式用于下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术患者的护理,可提高患者的自理能力,促进患者的身心健康,从而减轻焦虑与抑郁情绪。

The Application of Orem Self-care Mode in Patients with Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease after Stent Implantation

Objective To explore the application of orem self care theory in patients with peripheral arterial occlusive disease after stent implantation. Method 100 cases of arterial occlusive disease of lower extremity stent patients were randomly divided into two groups： 50 cases as observation and 50 cases as control group, then provide general nursing care to control groups, while the patients in observation group were adopted Orem self-care mode. To conduct a statistical analysis on the complications of the patients in the two groups, such as lung infections, bleeding, hyperperfusion injury occurrence and self-care capacity situation. Results There was no existing statistically significance between the two groups of patients in complications such as lung infection, bleeding, excessive reper- fusion injury occurrence （ P 〉 0.05）. But the self-care ability of patients in observation group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion With the application of orem self-care mode for peripheral arterial occlusive disease stent implantation surgery patient care, we can expect to improve the self-care capacity of the patients and promote the patients＇ physical and mental health, thus to reduce their anxiety and depression.
