临床硕士研究生科研素质的培养

临床硕士研究生学习期间将主要精力用于临床实践,而对科研素质的重要性认识不足,培养过程中缺乏基本的科研训练,造成他们的科研思维及创新能力往往偏低。依据培养计划,围绕临床实践制定合理、科学的科研训练培养方案,通过有计划的实施和锻炼,可以提高他们的科研素质。因此在培养临床硕士研究生过程中,应重视科研素质的培养,加强临床与科研的密切结合,提升研究生的综合能力,达到培养高层次人才的目的 。

The Cultivation of Scientific Research Quality of Clinical Master Graduates

Clinical graduates pay more attention to the clinical practice while lack of awareness to the importance of scientific re- search, and insufficient research training during their cultivation process results in poor scientific research thinking and innovation. According to the cultivation plans, a reasonable and scientific training program should be made during the clinic works so as to im- prove the scientific and research quality of students through the application of the plan and training. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of the scientific research ability of medical graduates and strengthen the cooperation of clinical study and re- search, improve the comprehensive ability of the graduates, and achieve the aim of the cultivation of high quality graduates.
