摘    要:介绍英国某医院通过协调个体和团队之间的绩效评估来使得绩效评估的效应最大化,激励员工参与不断改善和提供获得认同、可持续的服务,整合多种激励手段来激发员工的工作动力从而获得绩效改善的做法。

Abstract:The methods of maximising outcome by aligning eorporative and individual performance assessment in a hospital were introduced. The hospital actively encouraged staff to take part in improving and providing acceptable and sustainable services. The hospital also motivated the workforee with a combination of incentives and sought a substantial step-change improvement in performance.
