护理实习生参与患者健康教育临床教学模式效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨护理实习生(护生)参与健康教育临床教学模式的效果。方法选取2011年首都医科大学护理学院第三临床学部护理班即将进入临床阶段学习的护生91名作为试验组,在内科完成临床实习护生54名作为对照组。试验组在常规教学的基础上从见习课强化理论知识的同时注重健康教育模拟练习及实习阶段进行实地演练,组织参与相关健康教育大讲堂活动,在内科实习期间参与5~6名患者的健康教育。通过出科理论、实践操作、临床问诊及病历书写、患者对护生满意度调查对教学模式的效果进行评估。结果实验组和对照组比较,闭卷理论考试成绩、临床实践操作技能培训无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组护生临床问诊方法及病历书写水平、患者对护生满意度水平和对照组比较有统计学显著差异(P<0.05)。结论新的教学模式增加患者对护生的信任和满意度明显提高。有利于实现护生向护理工作人员平稳顺利过渡,进一步提升教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of clinical teaching mode of health education among patients by nursing interns. Methods 91 nursing interns graduated from the third medical nursing class of nursing college of Capital Medical University in 2011 and will enter clinical learning stage were chosen as experimental group, and 54 interns training in internal medicine department were chosen as control group. Except for normal teaching, interns of the experimental group were received practice class to intensify theory knowledge, they also emphasized health education simulation practice, conducted indeed training, organised related health teaching auditorium activity and participated the health education of five or six patients during their internship in medicine department. To e- valuate the effect of teaching mode by investigating their theory, practice operating, clinical inquiry, medical records writting and the satisfication of patients to the nursing interns. Results Through a comparision between the two groups, there were no statistical sig- nificance in aspects such as theory examination scores and practice operating training( P 〉 0.05), and there were obvious statistical significance in aspects such as clinical inquiry methods, medical records writting and the satisfieation of patients to the nursing interns in experimental group compared with the control group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The new teaching mode improves the trust level of patients to nursing interns and satisfication rate has increased obviously. This is benificial to realize the transition from interns to nurs- ing staff smoothly and the further improvment of teaching quality.
