手足口病患儿的护理与健康教育

目的通过宣教消除手足口患儿家长焦虑、紧张、恐惧心理,积极配合诊治、护理和隔离,防止疾病传播。方法候诊时采用语言沟通、视频、发放宣传手册等健康教育形式,对手足口病患儿和家长进行预防知识、消毒隔离、居家护理的健康宣教。结果家长的焦虑情绪由49例(96%)降低到2例(3%)。对相关问题的知晓率由高到低依次为:消毒隔离(99%)、房屋通风、主要症状、疱疹部位均为(98%)、好发季节与年龄(97%)、手足口概念(94%)、手卫生与遵医行为(93.8%)。提高了家长配合诊治和隔离的依从性,防止了院内外交叉感染病例的发生。保证门诊治愈率。结论有效的健康教育,增加了家长的医学常识和基本的护理方法,促进了疾病的康复。使护士的沟通能力与专业知识均得到了提高,护患关系更加融洽。

Nursing and Health Education of Child Patients with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

Objective To eliminate the anxiety, intension and fear of the parents of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, and make them actively cooperate with treatment, nursing and isolation to prevent the spread of disease. Methods Through measures such as language communication, video and brochures when the patients and children were waiting for the treatment to issue health e- ducation from three aspects： prevention knowledge, isolation and home care. Results The anxiety examples in patients were decreased from 49 cases （96%） to 2 cases （3 %）, and their acquaintance rate of related questions were respectively disinfection and isolation was 99%, ventilation, main symptoms and herpes position were all 98%, seasons and ages were 97%, the definition of hand foot and mouth disease was 94%, hand hygiene and their following to doctors＇ instructions were 93.8%. After that, the compliance of cooperating treatment and isolation were improved, and prevented the happen of cross infections in and out of the hospital, guaranteed the clinic cure rate finally. Conclusions With the application of effective health education, the medical common knowledge and basic nursing method of parents were increased and promoted the recovery of the. disease. And also improved the communication skill and professional knowledge of nurses, thus more harmonious relationship between nurses and patients could be achieved.
