摘    要:医学影像学是一门实践性很强的应用学科。传统教学模式无法充分调动学生的学习积极性,难以适应教学需要。随着图像存档和传输系统(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)的飞速发展,以问题为基础(problem basedlearning,PBL)的教学模式与病例讨论相结合的教学新兴模式应运而生。以具体典型病例为线索,以学生独立思考解决问题为主,教师引导总结问题为辅,精心组织编排并实施教学计划。通过积极的师生互动,极大地提高了学生的学习自觉性,培养了学生的探索性思维和归纳总结能力,取得了良好的教学效果,进一步加强了学生对医学影像学的浓厚兴趣。

Abstract:Medical imaging is a practical discipline with much applicability. Traditional teaching method can' t fully mobilize the study initiative of the students and is difficult to adapt to the needs of teaching. With the rapid development of picture archiving and communication system, the new teaching model of the combination of problem based learning and case-based discussion model comes into being. Our teaching programs are carefully organized and implemented, taking typical specific cases as clues, focusing on stu- dents' independent thinking and problem solving ability and providing teachers' summary and guide as supplements. Through the positive teacher- student interaction, the consciousness of students' learning is greatly improved and also cultivates their explorative thinking and the ability of summarizing. This method achieves good teaching results and further strengthens the students' interests in medical imaging.
