| 摘 要： | 目的探讨加压鹅头钉板治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的疗效。方法对我院1997年3月至2006年3月收治股骨粗隆部骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果肢体功能优95例，良38例，差4例，优良率97％。结论 加压鹅头钉板是治疗股骨粗隆部骨折较好的内固定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Research into the curative effeet of curing The lntertrochanteric Francture of Femur With the Fracture with the Hip sliding compression screw. Methods Analyse by reviewing the patients suffering from the Lntertrochanteric Fracture of Femur and receive by my hospital from March, 1997 to March, 2006. Results To the limb function. 95 patients are excellent. 38 patients are good, and only d are bad. The rate of excellente and goodness is 97%. Conclusion Fracture with the Hip sliding Compression Screw is the better Internal Fixation way of curing the lntertrochanteric Fracture of Femur. |
