慢性腹膜透析和血液透析患者的血脂改变

目的：了解连续性不卧床腹膜透析（ＣＡＰＤ）和维持性血液透析（ＭＨＤ）患者血脂水平改变。方法：对上海市１２家单位１０５例ＣＡＰＤ和１９９９例ＭＨＤ患者血脂水平进行横断面调查。结果：ＣＡＰＤ和ＭＨＤ患者血ＴＧ和ａｐｏＢ均显著增高，血ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ、ＨＤＬ２、ａｐｏＡ１和ＬＣＡＴ均显著低于正常，以上指标在血、腹爱组之间无显著差异。ＣＡＰＤ组血浆Ｌｐ（ａ）水平显著高于正常组和ＭＨＤ组。结论：ＣＡＰＤ和ＭＨＤ患者脂质代谢紊乱相当常见，以前者更为突出。

Lipid profiles of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and maintenance hemodialysis

Objective: To investigate the blood lipid profile of CAPD and MHD patients. Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted on blood lipids of CAPD and MHD patients in 12 hospitals in Shanghai, and the results were compared with those of 50 normal controls. Results: Compared with normal controls, blood TG and apoB increased while HDL ch, HDL 2, apoA1/apoB and LCAT activity decreased significantly in CAPD and MHD patients. There was no difference between the 2 groups concerning the above lipid parameters. CAPD patients also had increased blood TC, LDL ch and Lp(a). Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia is quite common in dialysis patients, which seems to be more severe in CAPD patients.
