丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹的临床观察

目的　评价 0 0 5 %丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法　对 73例神经性皮炎和湿疹患者分别外用 0 0 5 %丙酸氟替卡松乳膏和 0 1%糠酸莫米松乳膏进行治疗 ,观察记录患者的临床表现和治疗效果。结果　治疗 2周后 0 0 5 %丙酸氟替卡松乳膏的有效率为 89 5 % ,0 1%糠酸莫米松乳膏的有效率为 6 8 6 % ,两组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组不良反应均少。结论　 0 0 5 %丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗神经性皮炎和湿疹疗效显著 ,安全性好

Efficacy of fluticasone propionate in 0.05% cream for the treatment of neurodermatitis and eczema

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream for treatment of neurodermatitis and eczema compared with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream.Methods Seventy-three patients with neurodermatitis and eczema were treated with 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream in study group or with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream in control group.Results The effective rate in 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream group was 89.5% after 2 weeks of treatment and that in control group was 68.6%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were few adverse effects in both the groups.Conclusion 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream is effective and safe in the treatment of neurodermatitis and eczema.
