摘    要:[目的]建立同时测定食品中丙酸盐、脱氢醋酸、甜蜜素、山梨酸、苯甲酸等五种添加剂的方法。[方法]采用离子色谱法,选用IonPac AS11分离柱,EG40淋洗液发生器产生8-15mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,样品经纯水浸提后,过滤进样分析。[结果]能简便、快速、有效地分离检测食品中的五种添加剂。方法的相关性好(r>0.9992),线性范围广、检出限低,准确度、精密度高(RSD<0.5%),样品加标回收率好(94.6%-101.2%)。同时对测定的酸度、共存非测定离子、相邻离子间等干扰因素进行研究,确保测定的准确性,结果令人满意。[结论]本法干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,对多种样品适应性好,适合食品中五种添加剂的同时检测分析。

Simultaneous determination of five sorts of additive in food by iorn chromatography
Abstract:[Objective]To establish a new method for quantitative detection of additive in food including propionate,dehydroacetic, honeysweet, sorbic acid and benzoic acid. [Methods] lorn chromatography was applied. lonPac AS11 was selected as the seperation column, 8 -15mmol/L KOH produced by EG40 eluent generator was eluent. After diyested with pure water and filtrated, the samples was injected and analysized. [Results] Enable to easily and effectively separate and deteminate five sorts of additive in food. In this method, good relative( r > 0.9992) , broad linearity range, low detection limit, good analytic accuracy and precision were obtained( RSD < 0.5 % ) . The average recoveries rates were between 94.6% and 101.2% . Interferential factors such as acidity, coexist - and non - determinating ions and neighbouring ions were also studied to ensure results accuracy. [Conclusions] This methond is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has good adaptility to various samples. It is suitable for Simultaneous determination of five sorts of additive in food.
