痰热清注射液联合盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗肺癌并发下呼吸道感染43例

目的:研究痰热清联合左氧氟沙星治疗肺癌并发下呼吸道感染的治疗效果和安全性。方法:将83例肺癌并发下呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例,给予痰热清及盐酸左氧氟沙星静脉点滴;对照组40例,给予盐酸左氧氟沙星静脉点滴。结果:治疗组有效率93%,对照组有效率77.5%,两组细菌清除率分别为84.8%和61.3%,有显著性差异。结论:痰热清联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗肺癌并发下呼吸道感染是安全有效的。

Study on Tanreqing Injection Combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Lung Cancer with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of Tanreqing Injection combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of lung cancer with lower respiratory tract infection. MethodsEighty-three of the patients were divided into 2 groups. Forty-three of the patients were received Tanreqing Injection and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection, Forty patients (control group) were received Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection. ResultsThe over response rate of the therapy group was 93% and the over response rate of the control group was 77.5%,bacterium clearance of the therapy group was 84.8% and bacterium clearance of the therapy group was 61.3%. ConclusionTanreqing Injection combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection is effective in the treatment of lung cancer with lower respiratory tract infection.
