防晒霜的研制

摘    要:目的:研制防晒霜乳膏,观察该乳膏对紫外线的防护效果。方法:以UV-B,UV-A为防晒剂,制备防晒霜乳膏;以透气胶带为角质层,紫外分光光度计为光源,测定防晒效果。结果:UV-B防晒剂对280,290,300,310,320nm5个波长的吸光度分别为A280=1.9,A290=2.3,A300=2.7,A310=3.7,A320=2.9。吸光度A值随波长的改变而改变。结论:防晒霜具有完全防护紫外线效果。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare and observe sunscreen effect against ultraviolet ray of the Sunscreen Cream. Methods: Prepare Sunscreen Cream by sunscreen agent, determine sunscreen effect by diathermanous tape and spectrophotometry meter. Results: Five wave length absorption coefficieat were A 280 =1.9, A 290 =2.3, A 300 =2.7, A 310 =3.7, A 320 =2.9 of UV B sunscreen agent, absorption coefficient changed with wave length. Conclusion: The Sunscreen Cream has completely defense effect to ultraviolet ray.
