| 摘 要： | 目的验证瞬时弹性扫描（FibroScan）诊断肝纤维化的准确性。方法选取141例慢性肝病患者，每例均进行肝脏活体组织检查，并应用瞬时弹性扫描仪测量肝脏硬度，以病理检查结果为金标准，验证FibroScan诊断肝纤维化的准确性。结果肝脏硬度与肝纤维化程度密切相关，Kendall相关系数为0．74（P=0．001）。FibroScan诊断肝纤维化F1～F4、F2～F4、F3～F4、F4期的受试者工作特征曲线下面积分别为0．97、O．96、0．99、0．97。结论FibroScan诊断肝纤维化有较好的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic accuracy of transient elastography （FibroScan） for the assessment of liver fibrosis. Methods Totally 141 patients with chronic liver diseases were included in the study. Each patient underwent liver biopsy and liver stiffness measurement by FibroScan. With liver biopsy as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of FibroScan for the assessment of liver fibrosis was validated. Results Liver stiffness was significantly correlated with liver fibrosis stage and Kendall coefficient of correlation was 0.74 （P=0.001）. Using FibroScan for the assessment of liver fibrosis, the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves were 0.97 for the patients with ≥F1, 0.96 for those with ≥ F2, 0.99 for those with F3, and 0.97 for those with F4. Conclusion FibroScan can accurately assess liver fibrosis in the patients with chronic liver diseases. |
