| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌基因的表达及其与让螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）感染的关系。方法 应用逆转录ＰＣＲ（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）法检测６９例胃癌活检组织中ｃ－ｍｙｃ扩增。结果 胃癌癌区和癌旁组织ｃ－ｍｙｃ的阳性表达为６３．７７％和５０．７２％，分别高于胃溃疡组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；ｃ－ｍｙｃ表达在不同癌组织类型之间无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）；Ｈｐ阳性胃癌的癌区和癌旁ｃ－ｍｙｃ阳性扩增率为７０．２％和５８．０％，分别高于 |

| Abstract: | Objective:TO study the relationship between the expression of c myc oncogene and helicobacter pyliri infection ingastric cancer Methods:RT PCR was used to examine the expression of c myc oncogene in 69 cases of gastric cancer tissue Results:C myconcogene expression rate in the tumor tissues was 63 77%, and it was 50 72% in the neighboring regions of tumor The positive rates of c myc oncogene in gastric cancer were much higher than those of the gastric ulcer respectively ( P <0 01) The c myc expression was no trelated to pathological type ( P >0 05) The expression rate in the tumor tissue and in the neighboring regions was respectively 72 0% and 58 0% in the positive group of Hp in gastric cancer The expressions were higher than those of the Hp negative group in gastric cancer ( P <0 05) Conclusion:The expression of c myc oncogene correlates highly with Hp infection in gastric cancer |
