| 摘 要： | 端粒酶与肿瘤的增殖为近年研究领域的热点之一。端粒酶在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。它的活性是维持染色体长度和功能的重要保证。端粒酶激活可使细胞不断增殖而避免衰老死亡。因此可通过抑制或激活端粒酶活性应用于临床治疗。综述涉及端粒酶及其与肿瘤及有关眼科疾病的关系等。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the telomerase and tumor is one of hot spots in recent research fields.The telomerase plays an important role in the process of carcinogenesis and its evolution.The activity of telomerase is a requisite for maintaining of the length and function of the chromosome.The activated telomerase would make the cell continous growth to avoid cell aged and dead.The way through inhibition or activation of the telomerase activity may be applied to clinic therapy.This review is involed in the relationship between the telomerase, tumor and related ophthalmic diseases. |
