曲美他嗪对老年冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

目的观察曲美他嗪对老年冠心病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将60例老年冠心病患者随机分为A、B2组。2组基本用药相同,B组另给曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,疗程8周。观察2组患者治疗前后血糖、胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感指数的变化。结果B组与A组比较,治疗后空腹血胰岛素和服糖后2h血胰岛素降低(P<0.01),胰岛素敏感指数增大(P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪对老年冠心病伴胰岛素抵抗有一定的临床疗效。

Effect of trimetazidine on insulin resistance in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine on insulin resistance in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Sixty CHD patients were randomly divided into groups A and B receiving the same basic therapy, and the patients in group B were given additional trimetazidine 20 mg and 3 times daily for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the changes of blood glucose, insulin levels and insulin sensitivity index were evaluated. Results The patients in group B showed better outcome than those in group A. After 8 weeks' trimetazidine therapy, the level of fasting insulin and the level of insulin 2 h after oral glucose were decreased(P<0.01), and the insulin sensitivity index was improved(P<0.01). Conclusions Trimetazidine may produce obvious therapeutic effect on insulin resistance in elderly CHD patients.
