| 摘 要： | 目的了解浙江省养老机构老年护理管理现状,为政府部门制定养老机构发展政策提供依据。方法采用信函调查与走访相结合的方式调查浙江省34家养老机构入住率、床位周转率、经营现状、护理人员及老年护理管理现状等。结果养老机构管理者年龄偏大、学历偏低、缺乏科学的老年护理管理思维;护理人员配备少、工资低、队伍不稳定,缺乏养老护理员分级管理、老年人分级护理管理、老年护理风险管理体系;养老机构入住率高、床位周转率低、入住潜力有限;机构之间收费差距较大,多为亏本经营,政府的经营补助缺乏统一的标准。结论加强养老护理及管理队伍建设,逐步建立养老护理行业管理规范。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the current status of nursing care of geriatric nursing homes in Zhejiang province and to provide the government the evidences for establishing policies to develop the welfare institutions for elderly.
