血管内皮细胞上钙通道与氯通道功能研究进展

摘    要:血管内皮细胞属于非兴奋性细胞,覆于血管腔内表面,其胞浆膜富含离子通道,构成其独特的信号传导功能的物质基础,本文综述了近年来有关内皮细胞上钙离子和氯离子通道在内皮细胞功能中的角色的研究,以期能够进一步探讨心血管疾病与离子通道功能异常之间的关系。

Abstract:Endothelial cells (EC) lining the inner lumen of the blood vessels are rich in ion channels that constitute the basis of a unique signal transduction function of the cells. The abundance of calcium and chloride channels in the plasma membrane of these nonexcitable cells has raised questions in regard to their functional roles. This review presents evidence for the involvement of these channels in the endothelial cell functions, in an attempt to further explore the relationship between cardiovascular diseases and functional abnormalities of the ion channels.
