健脾活血通络胶囊治疗肝纤维化大鼠的实验研究

目的研究健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的作用机制.方法以四氯化碳制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,与大黄( )虫丸作对照,以ALT、TBIL、A、G、CD 3 、CD4 、CD8 、CD4 /CD8 、HA、LN、CIV、PCⅡ、球结膜微循环、血液流变学及肝脏组织病理变化为指标,观察健脾活血通络胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠的影响.结果健脾活血通络胶囊能明显改善肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能;调节T淋巴细胞;下调肝纤维化四项指标;改善微循环和血液流变学状态;明显改善肝脏形态改变,使肝纤维化程度显著下降(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论健脾活血通络胶囊能治疗肝纤维化大鼠.
