垂直双蒂瓣巨乳缩小术

目的 探讨垂直双蒂真皮瓣在巨大乳房缩小术中的临床应用。方法 对7例巨乳症病例。采用垂直双蒂真皮瓣进行巨乳缩小。结果 7例完全成活。乳头乳晕无并发症。2例术后双侧乳房大小稍不对称。而且其中1例右侧外观欠佳。结论 该方法适用于重度乳房肥大的整形。但较长的乳头乳晕真皮蒂的位置和固定对术后乳房外形存在较大影响。

Reduction mammoplasty using the dermal flap of double vertical pedicle

Objective To study the value of the dermal flap of double vertical pedicle in the reduction mammoplasty. Methods Seven cases of macromastia were reduced by using dermal flap of double vertical pedicle. Results All flaps survived with no complications of nipple and areola. There were little asymmetry in bilateral mamma in two cases, and one of them, the aspect of the right mamma was not good-looking. Conclusions This is a good method for colossal mamma to reduce . It was more affecting for the position and the fixation of the double vertical pedicle.
