| 摘 要： | 用 4种不同培养基对旋毛虫新生蚴进行体外连续培养 ,观察新生蚴存活率。结果 :新生蚴在生理盐水中 4h之内全部死亡 ;在纯 1 99培养基中存活 9d ;在加有小牛血清或胎牛血清的 1 99培养基中可存活 2 6d。提示 :新生蚴的存活率在无血清与加有血清的培养基中有显著性差异 ,在 2种加有不同血清的培养基中无显著性差异

| Abstract: | Four different kinds of culture medium were used to continuously culture newborn larvae of Trichinella spiralis(T.S). The result showed that newborn larvae were dead in no more than 4 h in physiological saline, they could survive for 9 d in pure 199 culture medium, they could survive fore 26 d in 199 culture medium added with new bovine serum or fetal bovine serum. Analysis showed that there were great difference in the survival rate between the pure 199 culture medium and that with added serum, there was no significant difference in survival rate between the two culture medium added different serum. |
