| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病(GERD)指胃内容物反流入食管,引起不适症状和(或)并发症的一类疾病。GERD典型症状为烧心和反酸,伴有上腹胀、胸痛、嗳气、上腹不适、吞咽困难等症状,还可见咳嗽、哮喘、声音嘶哑等食管外的表现。GERD是一种常见的慢性疾病,随着现在生活节奏的加快,工作压力,饮食营养、饮食习惯的改变,胃食管反流病的发病率与日俱增。近年来我国学者对北京和上海城乡5 000份调差问卷显示,伴有反流症状分别为10.19%和
