摘    要:目的比较乳腺癌术后择时皮内注射树突状细胞(DC)疫苗对患者免疫应答的影响。方法将129例接受DC疫苗治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组于治疗当天下午19;00进行DC回输,对照组按常规治疗于上午8:00回输。两组患者均于治疗前、中(第2次回输后1周)、后(第4次回输后1周)检测血清中IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ及TNF-α四种细胞因子浓度,比较两组患者的免疫功能及两组患者注射时的舒适度。结果两组患者DC治疗中、治疗后IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α,浓度与治疗前相比差异均有显著意义(P〈0.05);两个回输时间对患者的舒适度影响差异有显著意义(P〈0.05)。结论乳腺癌DC疫苗治疗都能有效激发患者Th1型免疫应答,但回输时间对DC疫苗诱导的患者免疫应答无影响。择时注射DC疫苗可提高患者的舒适度。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of immune reaction induced by dendritic cells (DC) vaccine intradermal injected in different time after operation of breast carcinoma. Method 129 patients with mastocarcinoma and accepted DC vaccines therapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in test group was transfused of DC cells percutaneously at 19:00 pm, while patients in control group were treated at 8..00 am. All the patients were drawn blood for the detection of serum IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ and TNF-α befor treatment, during treatment (1 week after second transfusion of DC) and after treatment (1 week after fourth transfusion of DC) respectively. The immune function induced by DC vaccines therapy was compared between two groups, as well as the comfortable degree during transfusion at different time. Result There were significant differences after DC vaccine therapy in two groups' plasma concentrations of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ and TNF-α(P〈0. 05) ,and statistical significance between two groups in comfortable degree (P〈0.05). Conclusion DC vaccine therapeutics can stimulate ThI immune reaction effectively,intradermal injection of DC vaccine in different time can not effect the immune reaction induced by DC therapy. The patients' comfortable degree was effected.
