| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对婴儿肺隔离症临床特点的认识.方法:对我院确诊的1例婴儿肺隔离症的临床资料进行分析.结果:肺隔离症缺乏特征性的临床表现,极易误诊,特别是婴儿肺隔离症更难早期发现并确诊,肺隔离症的确诊主要是依靠肺部CT血管造影(CTA)检查,该检查清晰显示异常供血动脉.结论:肺隔离症缺乏特征性临床表现,婴儿肺隔离症难以早期确诊...

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical features of infant pulmonary sequestration. Methods: The clinical data of an infant pulmonary sequestration case which was diagnosed in our hospital was analyzed. Results: Pulmonary sequestration lacked clinical features, and was easily misdiagnosed, especially in infant.The main method for the final diagnosis was the CT angiography of lung.This examination showed the abnormal blood-supply artery. Conclusion: Pulmonary sequestration lacks clinical feature, and is very difficult to be diagnosed. The CT angiography of lungs is crucial for the diagnosis, and surgery is the best treatment for the disease. |
