摘    要:目的:对制备的生物活性聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖复合泡沫材料进行生物学评价,为临床应用提供实验依据.方法:对该材料进行细胞毒性试验、急性全身毒性试验、溶血试验、皮肤刺激试验、热源试验和微核试验.结果:该材料的细胞毒性为Ⅰ级,对细胞生长和增殖无明显抑制作用,无急性全身毒性反应,无溶血反应,无皮肤刺激性,无热源反应,无致突变作用.结...

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the bio-safety of the prepared PVA/CS composite foam materials with biological activity in order to provide experiment basis for clinical application.Methods: The materials were evaluated by cytotoxicity test,acute systemic toxicity test,hemolysis test,skin irritation test,pyrogen test and micro nucleus test.Results: The cytotoxicity score of was grade 0,and the growth and proliferation of the cultured cells were not significantly inhibited.There were no acute systemic toxicity reaction,no hemolytic reaction,no skin irritation,no pyrogen reaction and no gene mutation.Conclusion: The materials have excellent bio-safety and show a prosperous future of clinical application.
