| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨孕产妇颅内出血影像特点及临床意义.方法 回顾性分析12例孕产妇颅内出血的CT表现.结果 脑血管畸形出血6例;动脉瘤破裂出血2例;妊娠高血压性脑出血3例;出血性脑梗死1例.结论 脑血管畸形并出血相对常见,出血量一般较大,发病急,病情发展迅速,符合手术指征应及早手术并消除病灶. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the imaging features of intracranial hemorrhagein pregnant women and Clinical significance.Methods The CT findings of 12 cases intracranial hemorrhagein pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed.Results 6 cases Intracranial hemorrhage wereowing to Cerebral vascular malformation,2 cases owing to Aneurysm,3 cases owing to pregnancy-induced hypetension syndrome(PIH),1 case owing to Hemorrhagic infarction.Conclusion Intracranial hemorrhageowing to Cerebral vascular malformation were relatively common,amount of bleeding were generally higher and suddenly onset,The disease was rapidly being progressed.Intracranial hemorrhage meeting the indications for surgery should be eliminated by surgery. |
