不同强度耐力训练后大鼠骨骼肌酶活性适应性变化的研究

摘    要:为探讨不同强度耐力训练对大鼠腓肠肌 (SO纤维 )和股四头肌深层 (FOG纤维 )中氧化酶与糖酵解酶活性变化的影响 ,采用 2 6米 /分、30米 /分、36米 /分和 4 2米 /分的训练强度对大鼠进行了 16周跑台耐力训练 ,并用生化和组化的方法分别测定腓肠肌MDH、PFK和LDH活性和股四头肌深层的SDH和LDH活性的变化。结果表明 :不同强度的耐力训练后大鼠SO和FOG纤维的MDH、SDH活性变化出现了不同的适应性变化 ,并且中等强度的训练对氧化酶的发展最有效。另外 ,PFK、LDH活性在不同强度的耐力训练后不变或降低。

Abstract:Specifically designed programs of endurance training were used to determine how different intensities of training affect oxidative and glycolytic enzyme activities of skeletal muscle in rats. Rats were trained with four treadmill running intensities: 26, 30, 36 and 42m/min. After 16-week training, in gastrocnenius muscle, significant increase in SDH activity (16.3%) were found only in 30m group, and in the depths of quadriceps femories, significant increase in SDH activity (24.4%, 40.96%, 8.53%, 28.67% respectively) were found in all trained groups, in which SDH activity in 30m group is most obvious. By the 16-week training, LDH activity, in both gastrocnenius muscle and the depths of quadriceps femories, was unchanged or decreased without significant changes in all trained groups. PFK activity in gastrocnenius muscle decreased significantly in 26m, 30m and 42m groups, while no significant change was found in 36m group. These results suggest that most optimum enzyme adaptive alteration occurs after endurance training at moderate intensity. Endurance training have no effects on glycolytic enzyme activity in SO and FOG fiber.
