腰硬联合麻醉在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术中的临床研究

目的:观察腰硬联合麻醉在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术中的麻醉效果。方法:将123例患者随机分为腰硬联合麻醉组(CSEA组,n=62)和单纯硬膜外麻醉组(EA组,n=61)。记录ECG、MAP、SpO2,观察麻醉平面固定时间、麻醉维持时间、肌松效果和术后头痛发生率。结果:两组患者血流动力学稳定,无显著性差异(P>0.05);CSEA组麻醉平面固定时间短,维持时间长,肌松效果好,与EA组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),CSEA组术后无明显头痛发生。结论:腰硬联合麻醉在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术中的麻醉处理好,是一种比较理想的麻醉方法。

Clinic investigation of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy

Objective:To investigate the effects of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods:One hundred and twenty three patients who had suffered from ureterolithiasis were divided randomly to CSEA group(n=62)and EA group(n=61).Record ECG、MAP、SpO2,the anesthesia blocklevel fixing time,block-lasting time,muscular relaxation and the heachache attack rates after the operation were observed.Results:Two groups hemodynamically stable were no significant differences.CSEA group anesthesia blocd level fixing time was shorter,block-lasting time was longer,has better efficacy in muscular relaxation,there were significant differences between two group.CSEA group has no obvious headache after treatment.Conclusion:CSEA has better anesthetic effect in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,was a perfect method.
