低浓度电焊烟尘对作业者心电图的影响

目的研究电焊烟尘对作业者心电图的影响。方法以电焊作业者132名为观察组,100名不接触电焊作业和其他有害因素的劳动者100名为对照组,对2组进行健康检查,主要对心电图检查结果进行比较。结果在工作场所空气中电焊烟尘的时间加权平均(TWA)浓度低于国家时间加权平均容许浓度(PC-TWA)的情况下,观察组与对照组有心血管症状者发生率分别为13.95%和4.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);心电图异常检出率分别为34.09%和14.00%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P0.01),观察组心电图改变以窦性心律不齐为主。工龄10a以上的心电图异常率2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.55,P0.01)。观察组内10a工龄与≥10a工龄的心电图异常比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.51,P0.05)。结论电焊烟尘作业者的心电图异常率较高。

Effect of Low Concentration Welding Fumes on ECG of Exposed Workers

Objective] To investigate the effect of welding fumes on ECG of exposed workers.Methods]132 workers exposed to welding fumes were collected as the observation group, 100 workers out of touch with welding fumes and other hazardous factors were collected as the control groups, the health examination was conducted in two groups, and the ECG results of two groups were compared.Results]While the time weighted average concentration （TWA） of welding fumes in the air of workplaces was lower than the national permissible concentration-time weighted average （PC-TWA）, the incidence of cardiovascular symptoms of the observation group and the control group was 13.95% and 4.00% respectively, and the difference was significant （P0.05）. The detection rate of abnormal ECG of the observation group and the control group was 34.09% and 14.00% respectively, the difference was significant （P0.01）, and the ECG change in the observation group mainly was sinus arrhythmia. There was significant difference in the ECG abnormal rate of workers with over 10 years of service between two groups （χ2=10.55, P0.01）. In the observation group, there was significant difference in the ECG abnormal rate between under 10 years of service group and over 10 years of service group.Conclusion]The ECG abnormal rate among workers exposed to welding fumes is high.
